Job Description:
- Plan, create and implement changes on network devices.
- Upgrading Firmware of Network devices. (Routers, Firewalls, Switches & WLCs).
- Troubleshoot network issues.
- Designing and providing technical solutions to customer.
- Working on High Sev incidents.
- Manage the monitoring solution. Co-ordinating with customer and network team to fix the issues.
- Preparing reports and SOP as and when required.
- Managing and maintaining the existing network documents.
Qualification and Skills :-
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8+ Years Network & Security Exp.
- CCNA/CCNP.
- Cisco (Router, ACI, Switches, Firewall & Wireless)
- Firewalls, Routing Protocol (BGP, EIGRP, RIP, Static).
- Switching (VTP, STP, RSTP), VPN (Remote Access, Site to Site, DMVPN).
- Cloud Technologies (Azure).
- Experience in implementing, administering, and troubleshooting network infrastructure devices.
- Proven experience in incident management, service request management and problem solving.
- Understanding of ITIL Process.
