.Net Full Stack Developer

Job Responsibilities

Ability to lead a team of .Net full stack developers

Ability to work on redesign/optimizations

Collaborating with the reporting manager, customer and other stakeholders to co create a solution with ability to create a plan, review/share progress, mitigate risks, be agile.

Should have good debugging & learning skill

Design/ Implement various solutions arising out of high concurrency systems

Responsible for timely and quality deliveries

Anticipate on technological evolutions and upskill accordingly

Ensure the technical directions and choices are as per best industry standards.

Driving various architecture, design and status calls with different stakeholders

Working with other team members and providing guidance on implementation details

Fulfil organization responsibilities Sharing knowledge and experience within the other groups in the org.

Able to provide overlap in EST time as per customer needs.
