WAY4 Engineer

*System Configuration and Customization:* 

Configure and customize the WAY4 platform to meet specific business requirements. 

Implement changes and enhancements to the system based on project needs. 

 

*Workflow Design and Management:* 

Design and implement workflows within the WAY4 environment to streamline business processes. 

Manage and optimize workflow configurations to ensure efficiency. 

 

*Integration and API Development:* 

Develop and implement integrations with external systems and third-party APIs. 

Ensure seamless communication between the WAY4 platform and other applications. 

 

*Rules Engine Implementation:* 

Utilize the rules engine to define and implement business rules governing system behavior. 

Fine-tune rules to accommodate changes in business logic or compliance requirements. 

 

*Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:* 

Identify and resolve technical issues, system errors, and bugs in a timely manner. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and mitigate system-related challenges. 

 

*Security Compliance:* 

Adhere to security best practices in the configuration and management of the WAY4 platform. 

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to financial systems. 

 

*Documentation:* 

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for system configurations, workflows, and customizations. 

Provide documentation for troubleshooting guides and best practices. 

 

*Collaboration and Communication:* 

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements. 

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. 

 

*Qualifications:* 

Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 

 

*Technical Skills:* 

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, and scripting languages. 

Strong understanding of database management, SQL, and data modeling. 

Knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 

 

*WAY4 Platform Expertise:* 

Previous experience working with the WAY4 platform. 

Familiarity with WAY4 configuration, customization, and rules engine. 

 

*Payment Systems Knowledge:* 

Understanding of card payment systems and electronic payment methods. 

 

*Problem-Solving Skills:* 

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities. 

 

*Communication Skills:* 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

 

*Security Awareness:* 

Knowledge of security best practices in financial systems.
