Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: New Delhi

Job Type: Contract

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing HR functional areas within organizations, with a focus on Organization Structure, claims, and time management for employees and the organization. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be adept at coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation of HR Functional Areas:

   - Utilize expertise to implement Organization Structure, claims, and time management functionalities within the SAP HCM module.

   - Ensure seamless integration of HR solutions to meet organizational requirements.

2. Stakeholder Coordination:

   - Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

   - Facilitate communication between different teams to achieve project milestones.

3. Testing and Defect Management:

   - Create and execute comprehensive test cases for SAP HCM modules.

   - Upload test cases in HP QC (Quality Center) and diligently log defects for efficient issue resolution.

   - Collaborate with development teams to provide insights into identified defects and ensure timely resolution.

4. Quality Assurance:

   - Implement best practices in quality assurance to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of SAP HCM solutions.

   - Conduct thorough testing to validate the functionality and performance of implemented modules.

5. Documentation:

   - Prepare and maintain detailed documentation related to SAP HCM implementation, test cases, and defect logs.

   - Ensure documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible for reference.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation.

- Proficient in Organization Structure, claims, and time management functionalities.

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with development teams and stakeholders.

- Proven ability to create and execute test cases, and manage defects using tools like HP QC.

 

Additional Skills:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
