Description

Lead the design and architecture of the Adobe CDP solution, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implementation and Integration:

Oversee the implementation of the Adobe CDP solution, including data modelling, schema design, and integration with other systems.

Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation and adherence to coding standards.

Data Quality and Governance:

Establish and enforce data quality standards within the Adobe CDP, implementing data governance policies and procedures.
Monitor and optimize data pipelines to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of customer data.

Performance Optimization:

Identify opportunities for performance improvement within the Adobe CDP and implement optimizations to enhance system efficiency.
Conduct regular performance assessments and implement scalability measures as needed.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Provide technical leadership to a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and IT, to understand business requirements and align technical solutions accordingly.

Documentation and Training:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the Adobe CDP solution, including design documents, technical specifications, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a lead engineer in implementing and maintaining Adobe Customer Data Platform solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Adobe CDP features, capabilities, and best practices.
Strong expertise in data modelling, schema design, and data integration.
Experience with performance optimization and scalability of data solutions.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Adobe CDP certification is a plus.
