ob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled OHCM (Oracle Human Capital Management) Techno-Functional Resource to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our HR and Payroll systems by effectively bridging the gap between technical and functional aspects of OHCM. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business teams, to streamline HR and Payroll processes using OHCM.



System Configuration and Customization:

Configure and customize OHCM modules to align with business requirements.

Implement changes, enhancements, and updates to OHCM to improve system efficiency and functionality.


Technical Support:

Provide technical support for OHCM-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving system problems.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system availability and performance.


Functional Expertise:

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in OHCM, understanding business processes and translating them into system solutions.

Analyze HR and Payroll processes and recommend OHCM solutions for process optimization.


Integration and Data Management:

Manage data interfaces and integrations between OHCM and other systems.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within OHCM modules.


Reporting and Analytics:

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OHCM reporting tools.

Provide data insights to HR and business stakeholders for informed decision-making.


Training and Documentation:

Conduct OHCM training sessions for end-users and create user-friendly documentation.

Keep documentation up to date with system changes and enhancements.


Compliance and Security:

Ensure OHCM system compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.

Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement necessary controls.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement OHCM solutions.

Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to understand their needs and provide support.


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Proven experience as an OHCM Techno-Functional Resource or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle Human Capital Management (OHCM) modules.

Strong understanding of HR and Payroll processes.

Proficiency in OHCM system configuration and customization.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with OHCM reporting tools and analytics is a plus.OHCM certification is desirable.


Workflow Builder.

Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and report development.

Familiarity with HR business processes and understanding of industry best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
