Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer with a solid track record of working with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, helping to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

LWC and Aura Development: Leverage your five years of expertise in LWC and Aura to design and develop high-quality, efficient, and scalable Lightning components.

Customization: Customize and enhance Salesforce features, including page layouts, workflows, and automations, to meet the unique needs of our organization.

Integration: Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Code Optimization: Review and optimize existing code, making improvements for performance, maintainability, and security.

Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce solutions to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and code changes.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, administrators, and other developers, to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.

Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.

User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, addressing their inquiries and issues related to Salesforce.

Must Have

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on LWC and Aura components.

Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, are a plus.

Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling.

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
