Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Delphi Developer to join our team. As a Senior Delphi Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications in an object-oriented environment. You must have excellent programming skills, including strong experience in Delphi and an understanding of design patterns and best practices.

Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Delphi.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test software applications.
Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.
Analyze system requirements and develop software solutions that meet business needs.
Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other team members.
Estimate the time required to complete development tasks and report progress to project manager.
Help mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements:-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5-6 years of experience in software development, specifically with Delphi.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with SQL Server is a plus.
