Data Storyteller
Position Summary: As a Data Storyteller, your primary responsibility will be to analyse complex data sets
and transform them into compelling narratives that effectively communicate insights and drive decision-
making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data scientists, and
business stakeholders, to understand the data and develop engaging stories that bring the data to life. Your
ability to translate technical information into clear and concise stories will be crucial in this role.

Data Analytics

Job Roles & Responsibilities
 4-5 years’ experience in data analytics, or other applicable hard skills;
 Demonstrated ability to provide actionable insights that move the business forward exponentially;
 Experience with real data in any domain
 Proficient with scripting and/or programming language, e.g. Advanced SQL & Python; advanced
knowledge of data processing, database programming and data analytics tools and techniques
 Like to get your hands dirty with prototyping/ modeling;
 Familiarity with scripting languages such as R and Python;
 Unrelenting desire to solve problems and ability to prove hypothesis or belief while being aware of
biases;
 A deep investment in and passion for The Wing’s mission;
 Strong leadership, influence and teamwork skills. Must be a coach/player – can lead a team and roll
up his/her sleeves;
 Have a working knowledge of common data structures, languages and tools Responsible for
solutioning and delivering analytics insight needed to drive decision making for multiple
stakeholders.
 Experience in data visualization and presentation.

Skill Sets:
 Proficiency in business analytics, Data analytics, Insights generation.
 Proficiency in at least one visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
 Hands on experience with advanced excel and VBA
 Expert in at least one programing language: Python, R, SAS.
 Excellent communication skills
 Proven stakeholder management experience
Education:
 Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Programming
