Power Bi Consultant

Description
We are looking for qualified PowerBI developer to join on exciting Development & Migration project. He/she will be responsible for working closely with Business Stakeholders to understand and articulate the problem statements into representative Dashboards. We expect you to be a tech- savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of Business Intelligence self-service tools such as PowerBI, Qlik & Tableau etc., He/she should be methodical and have excellent time management, communication skills. As a
developer, he/she should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams in DIAL echo system as well as external parties.
Typical Work Activities
 Should have minimum of 05-06 years of Hands on expertise Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack having Power BI, DataLake, SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX and
DAX
 Developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop.
 Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.
 Good understanding of data integration tools, ETL processes, data formatting, and warehouse architecture.
 Analytical thinking for translating data into informative reports and visuals.
 Capable of implementing row-level security on data along with an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
 Should have good understanding and exposure to making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
 Expert in using advanced-level calculations on the data set.
 Should be able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with data warehouse standards.
 Experience in deploying solutions in Azure cloud platform using DataLake
 Design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis.
 Responsible for preparing detailed technical documents
 Very good communication skills must be able to discuss the requirements effectively with internal & external teams.
