Job Description
Role:ServiceNow Application Support Analyst
Location: Remote 
 
The role of ServiceNow Application Support Analyst will be responsible for:-

  • Working on serviceNow to resolve application related issues *Initially using email mainly, transition to serviceNow generally
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, users, IT and vendors to extend the application support services
  • Learn and document troubleshooting skills for qualified global applications
  • Shift based support model to ensure there is smooth support for all Suntory business units
  • Act as project managers for changes, enhancements and projects
  • Lead Incident, problem and change management process
  • Run communication and escalation Management process

 
Expectations:
-       3-4 years of experience in global firm supporting applications or infra
-       Understanding of ITSM process
-       Good English communication skills
-       Willing to work in 8x5 hr shift model
-       Ability to learn and adapt new technology
