Detailed JD :This role is responsible for performing the anchoring role of Systems to Business Process Integration. The Role expects combination of excellent technical and product knowledge, software development processes, project & operations management capabilities, and a strong focus on quality software solution development.

Develop Solutions and QAD Cross Module Expertise
Strong expertise in delivering Complex ERP and Landscape engagements across various geographical locations
Good knowledge of Manufacturing Process
Ability to translate Complex Business Process requirements to Systems Landscape and vice versa
Act as Anchor point for the customer for Business Process and Landscape Solutions repository
Create design, development, installation and technical/development solutions for QAD products as per customer landscape
Carrying out system study, understand the functional requirements and prepare the functional specifications
Communicate with Process leaders in business to track the support tickets to closure.
Coaching and mentoring on Technical/ Product/ Functional skills for the project team
Provide leadership and take responsibility for technical/development project estimation and follow-up
Plans & coordinates resources necessary to complete project solution development, implementation
Preparation of technical/Functional specifications
Preparation of test cases and test scenarios and review with Business
Review the functional specifications and interact with end user / Business analyst for clarifications
