Job Role & Responsibility	Design Process flow and Solution approach collaborating with business stakeholders to convert strategic priorities to technical implementations/design  Prepare and present HLDs/MLDs to Architectural review board  Enforcing and implementing Salesforce/Vlocity best practices & implementation standards  Review custom design solution to align with enterprise & organization system landscape  Experienced implementing SFI communications cloud spanning EPC, CPQ, Order Management and Enterprise Sales Management module  SFI Enterprise Product Console, CPQ, APIs, Pricing plans, Advanced rules, guided selling, Custom LWC  SFI Order Management, Technical Products, Order Decomposition & Orchestration  Best practice implementation of Integration pattern, Sharing architecture to achieve scalability and avoid performance degradation  Customizations using process automations, apex classes, triggers, lightning web component and visualforce. Project deliverables were completed in Agile scrum model and usually on a large team  Strong ability to use Salesforce APIs to integrate with external systems to achieve batch or real time data feed  Hands on experience implementing Omnistudio, Insurance Quoting modules, Communications/CPQ. Designed guided flows using Omniscript, Dataraptors, Integration procedure, Calculation matrices and procedures, Attribute designer and templates.  Customizing Cards, Custom LWC, Product catalogs, rules services, rating procedures, json to XML conversion, API integration services, multi-language support  Hands-on experience implementing Marketing Automation solution using Email Studio, Content builder, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, Journey Builders and Marketing Cloud rest API  Excellent understanding of CAN-SPAM compliance configuration, branding and domain registration on Marketing Cloud  Good understanding of OOTB capabilities and configuration on Sales, Service, Marketing and Community Cloud  Experience using Workbench, Data loader, SoapUI, Postman to assist with development activities  Experience writing effective test classes, perform unit testing, using Vlocity build tool, Copado, Bitbucket, Sourcetree, Jenkins, VSCode for CI/CD
