Skills: Helix Remedy 20.8 or later, DWP 20.08, Smart IT 20.08, MS SQL, Microsoft Power BI (added advantage, Report building), Azure Dev ops as user - ability to use DevOps Board
Must: Should know how to develop using DWP platform, Day to day creation of new forms in DWP. Troubleshoot.
Upcoming: Business Workflows and Innovation Studio (Already implemented but work not started)
Remedy Support skills for Incident / Change / Work order / SRM
Basic Foundation Configuration like People, Support groups, Auto Assignments / Product Categorizations / Change Approvals / Templates, etc
Major activities are backend support for any incidents and building new forms using DWP. CMDB is handled by another team if known its added advantage.
