QA Engineer - Hybrid

Roles & Responsibilities

• Study and clarify testing requirements from PO and BO,
• Determine what to test, prioritize the tasks, and monitor the test coverage
• Define specific tests, design test cases, and execution
• Develop test documentation and deliver it to a product owner
• Compare actual and expected results, checking whether a product meets the requirements
• Do the RCA and provide QA analysis for defects
• Maintain the Automation test suite

Must Have Skills:

• Sound knowledge of data concepts
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good at performing RCAs of identified issues.
• Have strong experience in manual testing and user acceptance testing.
• Hands on experience in extensive Datawarehouse testing.
• Proficient in SQL ==> Once we move to data lake, he/she should adapt to query in the data lake
• Good understanding of SDLC/STLC life cycles.
• Hands on experience in visualization testing (PBI)

Good to Have Skills:

• Have knowledge of Azure databricks, cloud
• Have knowledge to read the Azure pipeline
• Have knowledge to work with VSTS
• Have knowledge on Basic Python
• Have knowledge of FE BI automation using any open-source tool
