Job Title: L2 Support Engineer - SAAS Application Setup on EKS in AWS

Shift timing : 9.30 pm - 5.30am IST (night shift )
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled L2 Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing second-level technical support for our SAAS application deployed on EKS in AWS. The L2 Support Engineer will work closely with the development team and other support engineers to ensure the stability and reliability of the application for our customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting SAAS applications deployed on EKS in AWS.
Strong understanding of EKS, Kubernetes, and related technologies.
Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Terraform is a plus.
AWS certification is a plus.
