- Total should be 4+ Years- experience in SAP

- At least 6+ years of experience in ABAP development

- Hands-on experience working on Interfaces : Flat Files, Proxies, IDOC

- Hands-on experience working on smart forms, scripts, OOPS and ALV

- Sound knowledge on ABAP Web Dynpro

- At least 2-3 years of extensive experience on Workflows, Enhancements (ImplicitExplicit, BADI Enhancements), and Parallel Processing

- Must have participated in at least one large information transformation engagement in the appropriate area

- Sound knowledge on performance tuning and code optimization

- Hands on experience in creating artifacts like Functional Specification, Technical specification, Unit testing document, etc.

- Good to have SAP PI and SAP Basis understanding

- System upgrade knowledge a plus

- Work closely together with functional consultants and business key users

- Knowledge and working experience on various ticketing and testing tools.

- Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.

- Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.

- Good experience in handling multiple vendors and multiple teams within a project.

- A working knowledge of SAP application area, and experience with SAP Activate Methodology.

- Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills including the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

- Ability to work independently as well as multi-task, ability to drive manage client engagements

- Willing to travel to client locations when necessary.
