SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Management Lead Consultant

Part of the IT Advisory, Technology Enablement (TE) and the SAP implementation engagements;

• Ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
• Manage tasks of HR function team members.
• Deliver the WRICEF (stands for Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms), Identify and undertake testing procedures
• In-charge on any HR function issues and coordinate with SAP on any product issues
• Develop function specification documents and the related documents in the project
• Provide services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
• Analyze business processes including root cause analysis.
• Implement industry and corporate processes across all related Human Capital applications (on premise and cloud)
