Hands-on experience in Deluge Scripting, C programming, Zoho 1 system
Experience on JavaScript , JSON, HTML, CSS, SQL Queries
Configuration of core zoho applications like CRM, Desk, Creator, Project, Analytics etc
Creation of reports and dashboards on zoho applications
Understanding of Business Processes
Excellent Communication skills
Detailed understanding of Zoho Systems capabilities and limitations
Manage the project quality, meet delivery timeline and estimates
Understand software requirements and map them to Zoho products and features
Design and development within Zoho CRM, with a specific focus on Deluge Programming, Zoho Systems Setup, CRM Workflows Blueprints, Widgets and Integration Connectors.
