Senior Java Developer - Integrations team
Job Summary
We are looking for a System Integration Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining merchant integrations ,including but not limited to;service integration, internal and external API,file transfer, and SQL queries.You are responsible for driving and executing the requirements analysis, design, development, and integrations with various internal/external applications and components and maintaining the quality of code.

Roles & Responsibilities
o    Working with Product, Tech teams and understand different product flows Interacting with Merchant's Tech/Business team
o    Understanding Merchant's flow, making them understand our flows, problem solving for the requirement and implementing it
o    Lead a team of 3-6 devs and drive the outcomes
o    Researching,diagnosing,troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve the merchant integration Issue
o    Taking ownership of merchant issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution Ask merchant the targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem Understanding Tech issues involved in integration & providing resolution
o    Automating the process to solve the merchant integration issue and merchant requirements
o    In case of production issues,acting quickly to identify the root cause,fixing the issue and ensuring it doesn't recur in future
o    Ensuring code written is well tested and coding best practices are followed

Skill-set required
o    At least 4 years experience coding in Java language
o    At least 4 year experience developing and implementing REST AP ls Good understanding of OOP
o    Good understanding of databases (e.g. MySQL) Able to mentor junior team members
o    Able to execute tasks independently
o    Able to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and resolve by themselves Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o    High Ownership and self driven individual Commitment to project timelines
