Service Now Developer

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in developing Service Forms and Catalog Items

·  Knowledge of Record Producer Vs Catalog Items

·  Custom Form Development via Widget | Main components of Widget - HTML/CSS/Client JS/Server JS

·  ServiceNow Workflow Development via Business Rules, Workflow Editor or Flow Designer and pros/cons for each.

·  Responsible for the architecture and drive implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD module and integration with other systems (ie. Workday, ATS, other HR Systems).

·  ServiceNow Scripting Experience with Script Includes and SN custom api endpoints AND integrating ServiceNow to external systems (via Services REST Endpoint)

·  Dashboards and reporting

Nice to Have:

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience for the ServiceNow integration with internal systems.
• Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with Business Partners (IT and HR Departments), Product Manager and ServiceNow Delivery Partner
• Responsible for ensuring that the solution delivered to business units are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.
• Work with engineers to make use of the ServiceNow API in a performance and secure way, and helping to create custom API as needed.
• Provide ServiceNow data, reporting, and analytics in support of HR and IT operations and metric

• JS Scripting (Backend + Frontend)

• ITSM — Catalogs, Items, Record Producers

s/he needs to be a hands-on developer who knows how to design/create these and not just the person who maintains these components.
