Description

Remedy Developer

1. Knowledge on SRM / ITSM daily operational support activities for ITSM Toolset and assigned ITSM enterprise applications.

2. Maintain and support ITSM Toolset modules such as Incident and Change Management/SRM/ and Web Services, REST APIs.

3. Provide Integration support for ITSM Toolset modules such as Asset, Configuration, Knowledge, Service Level Management, and Request Management.

4. Provide integration, development support to build system integration.

5. Assist in any ongoing problem analysis efforts involving BMC ITSM Toolset software and related IT infrastructure.

6. Complete ITSM Toolset development assignments on a timely as well quality oriented basis.

7. Ability to develop and customize ITSM Toolset based applications (v9.x and above) to include AR System, CMDB, ITSM, SRM, SLM, Analytics.

8. Ability to analyze and determine build requirements for new/updated software modules.

9. Ability to work with other ITSM Toolset developers/ administrators in troubleshooting issues w Ability to develop and customize ITSM Toolset based applications to include AR System, CMDB, ITSM, SRM, SLM, Analytics, and RKM for Production, Certification, Development, and DR environments.

10. Ability to analyze and determine build requirements for new/updated software modules.
