Adobe Analytics Reporting: 5-10 Years

The Senior Analyst, Adobe Analytics, is responsible for delivering analytics for multiple web applications and support strategic initiatives 

 

Also, responsible for executing, analyzing, and delivering comprehensive reporting for internal promotional campaigns and programs designed to increase engagement 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage the processes for usage and tracking of online activity from multiple web applications 
  • Full responsibility for analytics needs across customer analytics platforms 
  • Work with Product, development, and Analytics implementation teams to support with analytics tracking as per business needs 
  • Troubleshoot and debug analytics implementation during product releases 
  • Develop Test scripts, identify test unique scenarios, run test cycle, and escalate issues to respective teams 
  • Engage with projects to ensure the analytics solutions meet business requirements 
  • Deliver clear and actionable recommendations to improve and optimize the customer experience 
  • Generate reports and providing insights and recommendations based on data 
  • Proactively identify issues and recommend resolutions, working closely with key business leaders to offer alternatives and enhancements 
  • Drive the deployment and analysis for the full life cycle of internal promotional campaigns and programs 
  • Partner with Engagement & Insights and Technology teams to develop criteria-based distribution lists for targeted campaigns 
  • Manage campaign preparations and testing activities; ensures quality and integrity of lists 
  • Analyse promotional campaign and program results 
  • Use Adobe Analytics and Tableau to develop and deliver metrics dashboards as well as standardized, custom, and ad hoc reporting for key stakeholders 
  • Coordinate delivery and consistent application of campaign tracking mechanisms
