JD: Role Description

Work on support incidents/request & provide diagnosis to the users, identification and resolution of faults relating to existing bots created on AA. Serves as the chief technical resource and helps define appropriate client support responses, as well as dealing directly with customers on high-level critical issues. Further support incidents by the close liaison with other AA enterprise support. For new bots define and document scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with executive management. Creates high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems. Drive the strategic and tactical roll-out of various cognitive solutions to enterprise customers. Design, customize and provide training on BOT usage over the web or in person. Consult with clients and partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including solution designs, and project management.

Develop strong relationships with internal business stakeholders to identify and deliver on high-value automation.
