SAP S4 HANA

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience :
• Cross Functional resource with expertise in Integration between SAP FI / SD / MM
• Experience with minimum of 3-4 full cycle implementations of S4 HANA
• Experience in Professional Services module of S/4 HANA Cloud would be an advantage
• Good understanding of Financial Processes with respect to Professional Services Industry. 
Should be able to build solutions based on Talent Onboarding, Talent timesheets, Talent billing 
and the Client (Customer) billing
• Experience in gathering business requirement and map the same to respective functionality in 
SAP system. Expertise in conducting workshops and proposing solutions. 
• Identify existing functionality / Application / Reports in SAP S4 HANA cloud solution or make 
necessary decisions to configure / develop a solution that integrates with standard SAP 
modules. 
• Good understanding of Taxation Procedures in US and integrating the same with external tax 
system – Vertex. 
• Roll out the solution to other locations, like Europe. Expertise in foreign currency translations
• Should be able to handle the setup of Master Data like Business Partners (Supplier / Customer / 
Workforce), Product (Material), Conditional Techniques for Pricing, Output management for 
Billing. 
• Identify existing reports / propose new reports as identified by the business in S4 HANA cloud 
environment. 
• Expertise in overall SAP project management and building new solutions / enhance / customize 
/ roll out the existing solution. 
• Trouble shoot the issues related to existing Production Environment and propose solutions 
based on service tickets. 
• Should have strong experience in Functional Testing / Integration Testing. Should be able to 
guide Business Users with their day-to-day activity. 
• Should have experience integrating with other third-party systems like Job Diva / Sales Force. 
Communicate and Coordinate with the third-party system team and relate with SAP Business 
processes. 
• Ability to handle ticket resolution based on priority. 
• Should have a good understanding on Fiori Apps and extensibility / enabling API’s in S/4 HANA
• Experience in Data Migration - Data Mapping for target environment from Legacy.

PRIMARY SKILLS
• SAP Functional Solution Architect with 3+ years of experience in SAP S4 Finance (HANA) -
Mandatory
• Cross functional expert in SAP S4 HANA cloud with 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance 
integrating with SD/ MM and Professional Services. 
• CA/CS or MBA/M.Com with Finance specialization or any other relevant qualification.
• Good understanding of the US accounting practices and the required reporting procedures 
for US GAAP.
