Job Description

Work on technically challenging Cloud technology that is helping to revolutionize the way energy is sourced and distributed nationwide.

As a Scrum Master you'll lead an Agile Scrum team of around four software developers and a QA across the full technology stack, creating state of the art technology solutions and pushing the boundaries to find solutions to strategic and tactical needs. You'll partner with product management to manage backlog priorities and customer requirements and will remain hands on with coding complex systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

-Act as solution provider for the cluster’s software contribution
-Guide integration of the cluster software solutions in the platform
-As scrum master for the 10+ software team, lead the scrum process, including evaluation and continuous improvement (addressing impediments)
-Contribute to hands-on software development
-Main point of contact regarding issues with the cluster’s software
-Maintain deal (handshake) with project leader and group leader on software plan
-Act as software group ambassador
-Support realization of the function road map
-Secure quality of team deliverables
-Coach team members
-Assessment of functional and integration risks
-Address and if necessary escalate bottlenecks
-Interface with vendors for off-the-shelf software products

Certified Scrum Master certification is plus and have held scrum master role for at least 2 years.
Should have worked with analytics or data science teams for at least 1 year.
Should have project management experience of 3 or more years.
Should have experience of handling business and technology stakeholders across geographies.
Should be familiar with Jira and Roadmap tools, and be able to drive sprint exercises (planning, backlog, review) and PI planning exercises.
He/She is expected to hold analyst accountable and monitor project's success and adherence to timelines along with product and program level coordination.
Scrum Master is expected to handle at least 1-2 scrum teams.

Eligibility

Experience as a Team Lead or Scrum Master
Strong architecture and infrastructure development skills
Experience of designing large scale distributed systems and redesigning monolith systems into microservices
