Job Description   

He/She creates a strategy and approach that is appropriate for the respective development model. He/She works very closely with the team members, monitors their tasks and resolves any blockers. He is the owner of the complete deliverables for the team. The Leader is responsible for building, enforcing and maintaining quality standards across the organization and the deliverables 

Roles & Responsibilities 

Responsible for project planning, requirements understanding, proposed architecture, detailed design, execution, and timely deliverables with the highest quality standards.
Develops and maintains an agile plan for his team deliverables
Sets goals for him/herself and his/her team for all deliveries
Manage tasks to ensure timely and effective project completion according to the project plan
Participates in feature development from concept to design to delivery, and drives quality into the software application
Ensures the team follows all coding guidelines and follows all the software development processes
Closely works with clients, delivery and testing team and implements ongoing quality improvement processes

To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
Conducts an internal audit for ensuring process compliance with the regulatory standards
Retain, train, develop and direct a team of functional leaders reporting to oversee each of their specific areas of responsibility to achieve organisation goals, Performance management and Hiring decisions
Candidate Profile
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in designing and developing web-based (or enterprise class) solutions using the latest Java technologies, design and architectural patterns and full stack.
Excellent in Agile development methodologies
Superior in DevOps Practices
Passion for technology and learning.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong monitoring and management
Strong influencing skills 



BTech or MTech in Computer Science from a reputed institute, NIT, or IIT
6-10 years of total experience in Java technologies
