Required Skills
• Experience on CAD tools like, CATIA V5 & UG NX
• General Engineering knowledge, Automobile, strength of material etc
• Exposure to design and development environment.
• Experience on design standards and drafting guidelines.
Creation / Modifications of 3D models for all Exhaust components using standard CAD software. o Strong in preparation of drawings with basic GD&T or as per references. o Knowledge of Sheetmetal/Casting/Forging manufacturing Processes. o Communicate with the customer on day to day activities. o Prepare and maintain engineering release and change documents (PDM) o Execute projects to meet the customer's time line and quality requirements. o Participate in GAP meeting and update information GAP boards timely o Actively participate in employee involvement/ Continuos Improvement activities /knowledge management initiatives.
Exposure to Exhaust system design. o Multi tool skills, more than one CAD software expereince o Experience in working with PLM, preferabilyENOVIA. o Exposure to product development process . o Experience on quality systems TS16946. o Exposure to NAO/Europe Automotive Customer Specifications & Standards. o Exposure to major OEM desing standards like FORDstd, NTool etc.
