Description

3 years of Experience in Test Complete.
Read requirements and recommend the best ways to test Them.
Work collaboratively with the technical team or independently as needed to develop effective strategies and automation test plans
Involve setting up, implement an automated testing framework, and develop a plan to convert manual regression tests to automated tests to achieve maximum return
Evaluate manual tests to identify candidates for automation
Write, design, and execute automated tests by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically
Execute test cases and analyze automation testing results Record Defects and Bug Reports
 Create logs to document testing phases and defects

The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, and experience with automated testing tools and test management tools
Good knowledge on Automation framework design and development
Familiarity of software development lifecycle and software test processes
Experience with continuous integration (DevOps) and automation frameworks

Good knowledge in Test Complete Keyword driven testing,
proficiency in one of the Scripting Language (Python,
JavaScript, or VBScript is required, PowerShell is plus) to develop scripts for integration/acceptance and UI testing including Functional Testing, Performance testing,
Regression tests, Data Driven testing, User Acceptance Testing, etc.
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as
Word, Outlook and Excel Proficient on the Windows platform
Background in Agile methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong decision making and time management skills
