ITBM Senior Developer is responsible for implementing and/or maintaining ServiceNow ITBM applications and accompanying integrations. He should have a deep understanding of the various Applications within ITBM primarily PPM (Project, Demand, Idea)
• Must Have Good Technical skills in ServiceNow ITBM (Mainly PPM as Must and Rest as Desirable) implementation experience with knowledge on working on Customizations for Idea/Demand/Project/Agile & Test Mgmt, Working on Custom Applications related to ITBM (Desirable)
• Knowledge of End-2-End PPM Lifecycle
• Understanding of the Coding Best Practices and testing processes based on both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands-on experience in integrating ServiceNow ITBM with other applications
• Web service proficiency (REST, SOAP) as well as XML and JSON knowledge
• Service Now System Administrator Certification (Preferred)
• Service Now Implementation Specialist Certification  - PPM, APM (Preferred)
• Led a Team of Developers working on ITBM (Mainly PPM as Must and Rest as Desirable) Applications
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders including internal customers, stakeholders and vendors to understand challenges and gain consensus on improved system and operational solution
