Required Skills
Develop strong relationships with the application development and support team
Respond to the Business Units’ requirements as appropriate
Support the business units with their use of the IT systems
Behave with all clients (both internal and external) fairly and ethically with excellent customer service
Take ownership of issues and provide updates to users on outstanding issues
Project Management & Administration
Ensure team members are competent to carry out their responsibilities
Develop healthy work relationship, encourage and motivate team to deliver high quality services within planned time and budget
Participate in strategic initiatives and deliveries with ownership and responsibilities of IT Infrastructure Platform of the company that are defined and planned in form of project deliveries
Interaction with various platform oriented team and cross functional team, collect input, prepare project plan, ensure review process and finalize project plan
Track project from the perspective of progress, ongoing challenges, issues, risk and resolve them through follow-up with appropriate individual/group and periodic meetings/interactions
Ensure up to date data records are maintained in SharePoint repository and encourage team to use the same to reduce communication gap
Create, maintain and update knowledge repository and establish and continue document review process
