Shifts-95% Night shifts(5days working & 2days off)
Must be comfortable with rotational offs & split offs.
Level of Interviews -2 rounds (1st Interview- HR round & 2nd round of Interview- Technical round)
Totally based on- Calls, Emails, Tickets & Chats
Very Good communication Skills( need cluster 2 candidates)
