AWS DATA MIGRATION ENGINEER

Detailed JD : On Premises Data and Application Migration to AWS Cloud

. 4+ years of strong experience in application & database migration to AWS
• Hands on experience in AWS migration using MGN, DMS, SCT and AWS Migration factory
services
• Understanding the application stack (COTS/In-house) and its dependencies for migration
• Understanding of the Windows and Linux environment to migrate to AWS
• Must have hands-on experience in AWS Services (VPC, EC2, Load balancing, Autoscaling,
ELB, Route 53, ECS/Faregate, API gateway, Lambda, Cloud Formation, RDS.)
• Hands on experience in AWS Security like AWS WAF/shield, CloudWatch, Inspector, Macie,
Guard duty, Security Hub etc.
• Experience in migration of databases to RDS using DMS service
• Understanding AWS network and security architecture
• Strong experience in designing of the target AWS architecture to host applications in cloud and
include high availability and auto scaling features
• Should have strong experience AWS IAAS, PAAS, AWS Network, Security and basic knowledge
on Linux and Windows Operating system
• Strong experience in migrating applications from VMware to AWS
• Understanding of 3 tier application architecture that has integrations with other applications
• Excellent knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure and strong knowledge of enterprise technology
infrastructure
• Experience in deploying AWS Network, Security in Enterprise environment
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes is added advantage
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, team-orientation and collaboration skills.

The contractor should visit the client office location in Gurgaon/Delhi.

The contractor should bear his own travelling, food, stay, and other expenses
