Skills:

 

• We need someone with BA experience in Finance + Sales domain with track record of successfully completing multiple such projects
• You have at least five years of experience working as a Business analyst and practical knowledge in the e-commerce domain.  
• Experience in documenting and analyzing system integration solutions  
• Skilled in negotiations and stakeholder management  
• Experience in teaching others ways of completing tasks and using various techniques of BA  
• Full working proficiency in English, both written and spoken  
• Experience in generating ideas for change and improvement strategies of the project and processes.  
• Scrum Master skills  
• Practical SFCC/e-commerce experience, and B2C e-commerce is required too.  
• Experience with declarative features related to SFCC  

• Ability to get into the details of a requirement by conducting stakeholder interviews, hands-on exploration of system functionality, and process documentation  

• Few of these certifications - Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant  

• Agile mindset and experience  

• Experience with Agile tool and writing stories in Gherkin format
