Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

·4 to 6 years of experience in Exchange/Office365, including migrations from on-premises environments and hybrid environments.

·In-depth understanding and working experience with various versions of MS Exchange 2010/ 2013/2016/2019 and Office 365/Exchange Online.

·In-depth understanding and working experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Lync or Skype for Business Server 2010/2015, Skype for Business Online

·In-depth understanding with implementing, configuring, migrating, and securing Office 365 / Exchange Online, Exchange Server, & Exchange Hybrid solutions, and other Microsoft 365 Suite solutions like Teams, OneDrive for Business etc.

·Experience with performing migrations from on-premises exchange message system to Exchange Online.

·A full understanding of Microsoft Office 365 administration and experience supporting complex environments.

·Strong technical skills in on-premise Exchange, Exchange Online and other mail platforms.

·SSO integration between Office 365, Azure SSO and other major SSO providers.

·Windows PowerShell experience related to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, and Exchange Server.

·Strong understanding and working experience on Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and related technologies, especially DNS.

·In-depth understanding with Windows AD Server, Azure AD Connect, ADFS, Azure AD Premium (SSO, MFA, SSPR etc.) and how these are integrated and configured with Office 365.

·Good understanding in migration Toolsets, Exchange/O365, Native Migration Tools (Hybrid, Cutover, Express, Staged, O365 Import Service, IMAP), 3rd party tools like Bit Titan, Quest etc.

·Strong knowledge related to email security and security practices in general.

Technical skills

·4-6 years of overall experience

·Good understanding of application, server, and network security and compliance requirements

·Good understanding of PowerShell and other scripting & remoting tools

Good to have

·Good interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple lowering team resources.

·Flexibility to work in the shifts

·Good knowledge of producing reports and presenting solutions will be an advantage

·Good communication skills written and verbal
