               Extensive experience in Salesforce development, especially with Service Cloud

•             Salesforce and related technologies including:

•             Visualforce Page Development

•             Apex Classes

•             Lightning Component Framework

•             Custom Objects

•             Apex triggers

•             Inbound and outbound API and data loading/merging

•             Git source code control and it’s use with Salesforce

•             Skilled with REST/SOAP operations using Postman / SoapUI

•             Exceptional communication, debugging, multitasking, and organizational skills

•             Author Lightning applications using lightning component, controllers, and events for new projects and initiatives

•             Enhance existing Visualforce pages and Apex classes for existing extensions

•             Improve our Apex code coverage

•             Integrate service cloud with external systems through REST and SOAP API operations

•             Propose timely and effective solutions to meet or exceed business requirements

•             Recommend opportunities to use existing Salesforce functionality

•             Assist with debugging efforts when technical support issues arise, especially in regards to in-house applications and extensions

•             Work with management to streamline the development and deployment process

•             Work with Salesforce administrators as required to support in-house extensions
