Description

Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and support teams to create scalable product features
Architect data warehouse models and semantic layers with query optimizations in mind
Define performance metrics and initiate experiments to enhance the business
Work closely with the data team to build and deploy end-to-end solutions
Showcase results of analyses in a clear and actionable way

Show exemplary leadership with a solid team-player mentality to cultivate cross-functional collaborations
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in data science, data analytics, statistics, operations research, capacity building, or equivalent quantitative field
Prior experience in health care is preferred
Full competency in SQL and Python data processing (pandas, sklearn)
Extensive experience with development tools and platforms such as dbt, Jupyter Notebook, Snowflake, Looker, and AWS
Fluent in verbal and written English
