Sr. AWS Glue - ETL Developer

Sr. ETL Developer with total 5-7 years of total experience with hands on experience in AWS Glue.

Mandatory Skills:

2-3 years of hands-on experience in design, development, testing, optimization & implementation of end-to-end ETL solutions using AWS Glue.

3-4 years of experience in Informatica or any other ETL tool

Hands-on experience of Multiple ETL tools will be added advantage (Ab-Initio, Informatica, SSIS, are preferred)

Experience with migration from any other ETL to AWS Glue

Implement ETL systems that can maximize the re-usable components/services, collect/share metadata, incorporate audit, reconciliation, and exception handling

Should be proficient in designing end to end AWS Glue ETL workflow

Good knowledge and hands-on experience in any database such as AWS Redshift /Synapse /SQL Server / Oracle

Strong knowledge on SQL and procedural languages.

Must have good understanding of relational dimension and modelling

In depth understanding of data integration best practices, leading industry applications and features

Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

Desired Skills:

Prepare Technical documentation of ETL solution like technical design, system testing and implementation activities

Implement technical solutions that are scalable, aligned with the enterprise architecture and can adapt to changes in business

Any ETL migration project experience would be added advantage

Good to have scheduling tool knowledge.

Good knowledge of UNIX scripting.

Logical and process-oriented mindset.

Good Communication skills.
