• SNOW Customer Service Management Product
• Applications development & integration, testing, debugging, maintenance and documentation
• Around 3+ years in hands on experience in ServiceNow CSM Product
• Service Now Administrator Certification
• Service Now Implementation Specialist Certification (Mandatory)
