Respond promptly to and solve defect tickets
Run and monitor functional and performance tests on new and existing software for the purpose of correcting mistakes, isolating areas of improvement, and general debugging
Investigate and resolve customer issues
Build monitoring and have the ability to perform debugging in all areas of the code

Expertise in production support in resolving issues
Demonstrated experience with CSS, HTML, XML, JSON, JQuery, AJAX
Knowledge of current web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JQuery
Proficiency in object oriented software and database coding
Responsiveness Design Experience and quick turnaround are essential
Experience in the layout of JavaScript-heavy applications
Experience with version control (GIT)
