role and responsibileties :
Checking the assigned tickets using Service-Now and Samanage ticketing tool to track ticket progress and enter updates to have on going record of case activity till resolution is reached and close the tickets.
User Provisioning and De-Provisioning.
Created and maintained User accounts, Distribution List, Security Groups and Shared Drive Access in Active Directory.
Handling Password Management for the Users.
User’s access Provisioning to AWS & eDesk via OKTA cloud based tool.
Fixing the issues for mail/Exchange issues.
Monitoring the daily scheduling tasks.
Providing quick and appropriate solutions in different level giving support for issues over mail and ticketing tools.
Providing support on Active directory and AD integrated applications.
Responsible for monitoring RSA console and troubleshooting RSA token issues.
Managing Third party vendor applications like SynXis, Oracle and Opera Cloud etc.
Coordinating with other teams for issues resolution.
