NAT, Access-Lists, Security Contexts, and Security Profiles: Skilled in configuring and managing Network Address Translation (NAT), access-lists, security contexts, and security profiles to enforce granular security policies and control network traffic effectively.
IPsec VPN Setup and Troubleshooting: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in setting up and troubleshooting both policy-based and route-based IPsec VPNs, ensuring secure remote access and interconnectivity between networks.
Networking Fundamentals: In-depth understanding and practical experience in IP addressing, subnetting, Variable Length Subnet Masking (VLSM), as well as protocols such as ARP, reverse ARP, and proxy ARP.
Ticketing Tools: Proficient in using ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Casemon for efficient incident management and tracking of network security issues.
Network Packet Capture Tools: Familiarity with network packet capture tools such as Wireshark, enabling the analysis and diagnosis

Duration : 18 (Month)

role and responsibileties :

Responsible for analyzing the WebEx logs, network logs, MSINFO32 logs, Wireshark, http analyzer etc. in order to troubleshoot the issue.
Responsible for taking care of issues related to Cisco WebEx Meetings/Teams.
Responsible for troubleshooting issues related to Audio/Video/Latency in WebEx Meetings/Events/Training Sessions.
Handling escalations for the agents as well as client as needed
Handled a team of 15 engineers.
Responsible for reviewing the dashboards to monitor team’s backlog and help getting traction by working with the engineers.
Conduct periodic case reviews to discuss the pain areas, case problems and resolution to the issues.
