FP&A is a project where we are creating reports on the data we are getting from source systems and business to fulfill the KPI's. FP&A consists of 4 types of reporting: H&F(Hours and Fees),Statistics, WIP/AR Aging and GL. Our team mainly handles H&F and Statistics Modules. This project is based on agile practice .Here Oracle EBS system is used as the source. This is a OLTP system.
At the reporting side, an OLAP DWH system is maintained to facilitate various financial reports.
