Description: Successful design and implementation of a custom Temple App for a client. Temple App is an appExchange App, an appointment scheduling app.It provides the functionality of booking Darbaar and Halls based on nearby location as per resource availability. I have designed and implemented Temple App APIs and other back end systems. Designed quick action override, triggers, apex classes, batch classes, wrapper class, visual force pages and test code coverage.

Project: BPM Automation
Client: NCR Corporation
Description: BPM Automation is a business specific app in which notification are sent to respective users based on some criteria and it also scheduled dynamically as per the business requirements. In this I have done the integration from a ERP system and fetch contracts data from there. I have also created a community in this project to store all the account point of contacts and give users a functionality to reassign responsibilites to other users in salesforce. In this, email notification will be sent out for revenue generation. This system notifies the account point of contacts that revenue collection time is near and they need to take action asap. If they do not take action within a period of time then the notification will be escalated to their managers. I have independently handled this project and talked to business stakeholders as well.

Designed and developed the architecture of the system.

Description: VOC is a customer satisfaction process. In this project we asked customer for their feedbacks. Based on those feedbacks, if they need quick action to be done regarding their feedbacks then case will be created in salesforce to give them support and make customer satisfied. It is developed on service cloud and it has so many email templates that are developed according to business requirements.

Description: In this project, we are integrating with ERP Cloud from SF and sending contacts and disputes data from SF to ERP so that business can work on both environments and SF handles all the customer contacts, so it is a need to share it with ERP Cloud.

Write a batch class to send the data from contact using Named Credential
to store the credential for the end point
Created validation rule for some of the restrictions
Prepare FDBI file to load bulk data manually and used MACRO in Excel for this
