● About- PB is a real-estate giant which deals in residential as well as commercial spaces. The customer flow from being a lead to booking was captured in SFDC. PB uses SFDC for all business processes such as Quotation approval, Booking verification, and interaction with the customer.

● Role- Senior Salesforce Developer

● Key Contribution-

○ Integrated with multiple lead-generating sources such as MagicBricks, 99acres, and PropertyPortal for leads

○ Developed a mechanism such that if the incoming lead had matching params with the already created record in the system, it would create an enquiry on the record and also inform the record owner

○ Integrated with Exotel, a calling platform for users to make calls to customers from SFDC

○ Developed a functionality with Exotel to inform the users regarding the incoming call from customers routed through Exotel on SFDC Mobile App

○ Developed functionality and integrated with Legacy System, such that the User was able to view the current status of inventory and perform operations way forward according to their need such as Quotation generation or booking creation.

● About- It is an information portal for dispatching cement and clinker to various customers.

● Role- Salesforce Developer

● Key Contribution-

○ ABG Portal informs about any possible delays to customers.

○ Dispatcher needs to send information or an alert to ABG.com.

○ GreenPage Application and Outbound Services service regarding the delay

○ Created an interface where alerts get captured and stored in Alert DB
