• Prepared the project plan with detailed activities for the upgrade of S/4 HANA 1809 to 2022.
• Implemented all prerequisites SAP notes for SI checks, ATC, and readiness check report.
• Ran the relevant report and generated the readiness report in SAP portal.
• Ran the ATC check for custom code adaptation and SI checks report for Simplification items checks.
• Upgraded to S/4 HANA 2022.
• Migration of the 3 TB S/4 HANA 2022 system using HANA HSR methodology from on premise to AWS Cloud.

• Uninstallation of addons.GTS was carved out from ABAP stack where both GTS and GRC was implemented together.
• Prepared the overall project plan for migration and upgrade including detailed cutover activities.
• As a team lead, coordinated the upgrades of all the SAP systems BW, CRM ABAP, CRM JAVA, Solution manager, ECC, GTS, GRC…..
• Migration of SAP system from on premise to AWS Cloud. Used SAP parallel export/import for the migration.
• Upgrade of GRC & GTS SAP systems to latest Support pack.

Responsibilities:

• Support of S4Hana, Fiori, BW4HANA, BODS, GRC and TPM systems. All SAP systems are running on HANA 2.0.
• All SAP systems are HA with pacemaker. Both SCS/ERS and Database are managed thru pacemaker.
• Prepare monthly maintenance plan for OS patching with zero downtime. Prepare other maintenance plan for maintenance activities.
• Present weekly performance review for S4, TPM and PO systems
• Fortnightly review of EWA analysis and implementation plan.
• Drive Governance call on a weekly basis with customer.
• Was part of successful Wave2 and Wave 3 Golive.
• Prepared and shard SOP for different technical document.
• Prepared monthly Shift roster and align resources for monthly maintenance activities.
• Brought shift handover and shift lead concept which helped the team manage their deliverables effectively and had filled the gaps.
