Roles and Responsibilities: -
Understand the technical specification and develop features/modules using Apex technology for salesforce.com
Responsible for the transformation of requirements into Salesforce solutions by using configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Batch apex, SOQL, SOSL.
Daily administration and support of Salesforce CRM system including managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
Development of triggers, custom objects, workflows and other development using Apex code.
Supporting issues with Flow and Process Builder Creating processes as per requirement.
Carry out development task to the highest quality standards including coding, writing test classes for deployment & following the best practices and salesforce design patterns.
Setting up automation tools to perform updates in records/sending emails updates upon DML operations using Lightning Process builder/Workflow Rules.
SOFTWARE SKILLS
Good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class, Triggers / APIs, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.
Good work experience in creation of custom Objects, Fields, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Approval Process, Record Type, Email Services, Page Layout, Reports and Dashboards.
