Roles and Responsibilities: -

 Understand the technical specification and develop features/modules using Apex technology for salesforce.com
 Responsible for the transformation of requirements into Salesforce solutions by using configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Batch apex, SOQL, SOSL.
 Daily administration and support of Salesforce CRM system including managing user setup, roles and security, customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts.
 Development of triggers, custom objects, workflows and other development using Apex code.
 Supporting issues with Flow and Process Builder Creating processes as per requirement.
 Carry out development task to the highest quality standards including coding, writing test classes for deployment & following the best practices and salesforce design patterns.
 Setting up automation tools to perform updates in records/sending emails updates upon DML operations using Lightning Process builder/Workflow Rules.
SOFTWARE SKILLS
 Good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class, Triggers / APIs, SOQL, SOSL, Batch Apex and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.
 Good work experience in creation of custom Objects, Fields, Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, Approval Process, Record Type, Email Services, Page Layout, Reports and Dashboards.
