CARE-CRM: This is a web based application, which can be accessed by all the Business Development (BD)
employees of CARE over the intranet as well as the internet. This application has capability of assisting BD
related functions such as lead management, meeting updation, tracking target vs achievement, month
wise achievement, tracking debtors, surveillance due / done activities by the BD team, Below Investment
Grade (BIG) debtor management tool, claim /approval of conveyance and other expenses, fee approvals
for deals negotiated below the standard pricing, etc. The module also has a dashboard to see key aspects
of performance such as month wise achievement of revenue, average mandate size, total target vs achievement, etcThis application is capable
for handling all HR Processes. It includes modules like employee details, leave/attendance/ outdoor duty
management, monthly payroll, loan, appraisal, recruitment management, calculation of statutory dues like
PF, gratuity, superannuation, generation of form 16, etc. This is a Third-Party product and under AMC.

This project is titled “Compliance 360 (C360). In banks, the compliance department is the body responsible for ensuring the institution as a whole remains compliant. Its goal is defined, and it is to ensure the bank functions within regulation, thus preserving its integrity and reputation in the industry. C360 digitizes all the compliance functions i.e. Regulations, Compliance testing, RBI Inspection, RBS Data submissions, Correspondence with RBI, Training, Management reports, Reports, FAQ, Archives. It brings all the stakeholders like Compliance staff, Business units, Audit and Management together.
