Description: Client is maintaining data in SAP BO (Business Objects) web-based application. In SAP BO application we must select the necessary options to get into the SWSS process field. In SWSS process field, we have four queries which are relating to Software subscription services for Product and Service lines for America’s and Worldwide regions. To arrive this, we have calculated FiscalWeekID based on the current date by taking Client Fiscal Year Calendar as a base. Once we get the FiscalWeekID will click on each process of Product and Service and update the FiscalWeekID and run the query for all the 4 processes one by one and save the files in csv format. We have two Master Templates for both America and Worldwide regions, by using the input files downloaded, we need to copy the data from input files to different sheets in Master templates and create the pivot tables for the data available in different sheets and save the input and output files in Archive folder in FTP location and notify the user with the status and logs attached.

Description: Client invoices are available in SAP with different Transaction Codes. Download the invoices from SAP, save into Shared Drive. Filter invoice data by using posting date and get more than 300 amount details save into separate sheet. Login to Customer website. Enter the invoice number and amount in website click on find button. If attachments are available download the attachments, Save into shared drive. Attachments are in PDF. If attachments are not available, then sent mail to customer informing that attachments are not available for the invoice number.
