Handling20+Datacenters:havingexperienceinhandling the IAAS in AWS, Azure, Converged cloud, AL iCloud.
WorkedwithexternalteamssuchasAWS-Supportteam, Azure Support team, Apigee-Google team.
Preparing RA-documents for newly coming issues and provingtotheteam.PreparingoperationalguidesAndRCA tocustomer.
Monitoring: AVS, Dynatrace, thousand eyes, and taking preventive actions before customer are experiencing the issues.
